From My Mama’s Kitchen® Talk Radio FMMKTalkRadio is based on the multi-award winning book - From My Mama’s Kitchen – “food for the soul, recipes for living” by Johnny Tan.

In April 2007, Johnny was spiritually guided to write about the power of unconditional motherly love. Through nurturing, as teachers, coaches, and counselors, Johnny’s 9 moms have richly flavored his lifeʼs pot of gumbo. The book offers a wealth of wisdom for good parenting skills and effective communication. It also pays tribute to moms all over the world in an entertaining, inspiring, and educational way.

Released in 2009, with the endorsement of the National Association of Mothersʼs Center, the book won the Momʼs Choice Awards, Mr. Dad Seal of Recognition, and Publisherʼs Choice Awards by Family Magazine Group in 2010. This year, the book won the Finalist Awards from the International Books Awards, and the National Indie Excellence Book Awards.

FMMKTalkRadio weekly show, Tuesdays from 10:00 – 11:00 am CT, hosted by Johnny serves as a resource center for everyone by bringing inspirational, motivational, and spiritual stories from ordinary people, especially mothers performing extraordinary feats to instill a positive attitude in our global community.
